What happens when I cancel?
Cancel future subscription renewals from Manage billing in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Free access remains available afterwards.
Do I need Pro to see my dashboard?
No. The dot, live view, dashboard, and milestones are available on the free plan too. Pro removes the daily tracking limit.
What does lifetime mean?
A lifetime purchase grants Cue Pro for the life of the product, with no renewals. It does not promise a release date for macOS or Linux. See the terms before buying.
What if Cue does not suit my setup?
Use the free download to check your webcam, lighting, and workflow first. For an existing charge or a refund question, contact support.
